Electronic start-up regulating devices

Fluorescent Light Ballasts (Electronic Ballasts) manufactured by «SHEFT», Ltd. are the power supply equipment for the luminescent lamps and are designed to provide stable and reliable operation of luminescent lamps of the railway rolling stock.

Wide working range of ballasts temperatures (-30… +45°С) provides with the stable switching on the lighting of the wagon in winter time even in not heated yet wagons during the preparation to the passengers boarding.

Ballasts are operated as part of special transport lamps LVV-02, LVV-03, LVV-06, LVV-07 series.

Ballasts are manufactured by «SHEFT», Ltd. in the climate modification UHL3.1 (Moderate Cold Climate, 3.1 category (For use in irregularly heated rooms (volumes))

Electronic ballasts of our production are protected from:

• Wrong power supply connection (negative and positive signs are mixed-up);
• Short circuit in a lamp;
• Deactivated lamp;
• Lamp absence;
• Lamps with rectifying effect;
• High voltage (electronic ballasts with 110 V of operational supply voltage stands for the voltage up to 200V, electronic ballasts with 50 (54) V of operational supply voltage stands for the voltage of 95 V).

Body of the electronic ballast is made of metal.

We are sure in the quality of our products and that`s why we increased the warranty period of the electronic ballasts up to 30 months beginning from the sale date.

Limited Liability Company «SHEFT» worked out and manufactured a number of electronic ballasts presented in the table below.
